Products Policy

The Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do Grappling Association is committed to our Products. All products are subject to change without notice.

Our Products Policy states:

Should the product be damaged by shipping and or is defective we will replace the product. If the product is out of stock we will notify you. Buyer can choose to select another product of equal value and or the product will be shipped upon the products availability to the Association..

We do not offer credits/Accept charge backs on credit cards and or offer no products based on an evaluation period.

The JFJKDGA Videotapes are 100% non-refundable. If a customer receives a videotape and it is defective we will replace the videotape with a new one. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to mail the defective product to the JFJKDGA for inspection. We then inspect the videotape and a new one is sent to you via “Priority Mail”.

We are not responsible for the United States Postal Service (USPS) delivery system. All products are mailed with a tracking number which is provided to the customer via e mail. We provide the tracking service to our customers at no charge. International Packages including Canada are mailed by (USPS) Global Mail. Please check with the Association for approximate delivery times and shipping charges.

Our main objective is that our customers are satisfied. If you experience a problem with a defective product please contact the Association immediately upon receiving the product. The JFJKDGA will respond within 1 – 12 business days.
